Comprehensive Linux Guide
Interactive Linux learning platform
BashLinux
Problem
Most Linux references are either a wall of static documentation or a scattered set of cheat sheets — neither builds real command-line fluency, which matters directly for the security-operations side of this work (log analysis, system hardening, incident response all happen at a terminal).
Architecture
Cheat sheets for quick reference, paired with interactive practice-exercise scripts that actually run rather than just describe commands, plus a contributing guide so the material can keep growing.
Key decisions
- —Interactive exercises over static docs — the point is building muscle memory at the terminal, not just having something to look up.
Still being written up
Worth adding: a section specifically on the security-relevant tooling (log inspection, permissions auditing) rather than general-purpose Linux only.
