Quiz API with search, categories, and a real test suite

Problem
A quiz app needs more than question storage — it needs to serve questions by category, support search, and play a quiz without repeating a question the user already saw in that session.
Architecture
Flask REST API over PostgreSQL, with the quiz-play endpoint tracking previously-seen question IDs per request so a session doesn't repeat itself.
Key decisions
- —Full test suite (`test_flaskr.py`) covering the CRUD and search endpoints — the README is explicit about which files are original work versus the Udacity-provided template.
Still being written up
Redeployed live on Vercel + Neon Postgres with the real question/category dataset from the original coursework. The React frontend (also in the repo) is deployed separately and proxies API calls to the backend via Vercel rewrites — no CORS setup needed.
